I provide individual and family mental health services, working with a diverse demographic of clients. 

Throughout your journey, you will be an active participant in your treatment. I want you to grow confidence and empowerment, with the goal for you to feel more control and stability as you move towards wellness. You will learn to utilize the tools you learn and develop during your therapy sessions to improve your day-to-day wellness. 

I am also a yoga instructor. I teach at Well Mama yoga studio located at Rockbrook Village in Omaha. Well Mama is a wonderful and unique studio where women are encouraged to take care of their physical and mental wellness.

Fees – Investing in your wellness

  • Initial Intake Session: $150
  • Individual Session (60 min.): $130
  • Late Cancel or No Show Fee: Full Rate
  • Returned Check Fee: $40

I accept payments of cash or credit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Card payments are processed via Square. I do not accept checks from my clients. You may choose to pay privately (i.e. out-of-pocket) or use insurance.

Please contact me if you would like to inquire about sliding scale fees. In addition, I offer reduced-rate services to a limited number of clients via Open Path.


Currently, I am accepting Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska.

Please contact your provider before your initial appointment to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Therapeutic Interventions

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based form of therapy. The premise is to address the underlying thoughts and emotions that contribute to negative behaviors or life stressors you are experiencing. The awareness gained with CBT, in combination with various aspects of other treatment modalities, enable clients to set reachable goals and overcome their present distress.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents impacted by trauma and their parents or caregivers. Explanation of TF-CBT from the TF-CBT Therapist Certification Program.

Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. When you’re mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad.
