Exercise can be an excellent form of self-care.  Taking a walk, going for a run, HIIT, or yoga, all have very real benefits for our mental health.  All of these activities can help you manage stress.  Here are just a few of the ways that exercise benefits our mind-body wellness:

  • Endorphins, the feel good hormone, are also released when we exercise.
