Danielle Macnab

Hello, my name is Dani. I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I’m here to support your journey to wellness and empowerment.

I work primarily with adults, and I am passionate about serving mothers, first responders, members of the military and their families, and complex trauma. I also enjoy working with clients who are interested in exploring holistic, mind-body approaches.

I have specific training and experience working with children and families impacted by sexual abuse. I have also worked with individuals with a variety of presentations, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, grief and loss, domestic violence, separation from family (such as foster placement), and substance use.

I frequently utilize mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing exercises, yoga, and guided meditation. I am also passionate about using integrative, holistic approaches to help you improve your overall wellness. I would be happy to work in collaboration with any other practitioners you may be working with, to include medical professionals, dietitians, chiropractors, or anyone else you would like to include on your journey. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
